Step 1: Initiate a downtime state. #

A well-accepted notion; A concept that is surrounded by doubt or uncertainty by definition; A notion that is firmly disbelieved; A belief that was once true but is no longer so.

Step 4: Eco-check. #

Step 5: Enter the timeline. #

Move forward 15 years into the future. Repeat step 2 for that period.

Step 6: Move back on the timeline to the present, then move backward 15 years into the past, and repeat step 2 for that period. #

Step 7: Break state. #

Step 8: Modify the containment/storage location of an undesirable belief and notice the corresponding change in the inherent strength of the belief. #

Step 9: For additional impact, delete the corresponding limiting decision on the timeline by making corrections in each period. #
