When you’re finished installing a chain of anchors, this is a useful pattern to add to the chain.

Step 1: #

Check the chain by firing the first anchor and ensuring that the client reaches the desired state.

Step 2: #

Instruct the client to “slow down the states again while swishing each state.

Step 3: #

Ask the client for a visual for every one of the states in the chain and set up a picture for each of them.

“Do you have a mental image of boredom?” for example. Repeat the process for each state.

Step 4: #

Once the client has all four images, ask them to put the first one on the screen and the second one in the lower left hand corner, tiny and dull.

Step 5: #

Repeat the procedure for the remaining images.

Step 6: #

Fire the first anchor while mentioning the state, and make sure the client sees the first image on the screen.

Step 7: #

Release the second anchor and instruct the client to swish up the second image.

Step 8: #

Ask the client to swish up the third picture after firing the third anchor.

Step 9: #

Ask the client to swish up the fourth picture after firing the fourth anchor.

Step 10: #

If necessary, repeat the procedure.

Step 11. #

Test.

Step 12: #

Future pace.
