Everybody struggles. It’s a given. Nothing lasts forever, be it good times or bad times. That’s another given. The real question is never, how to enjoy the struggle or how to eliminate every problem in our lives, which is realistically impossible, but instead:
How do you get through such difficult circumstances without giving up hope?
Step 1: Select a simple and quick mental-physical ritual that would be extremely easy to do on a daily basis. #
For example, coming up with and writing down a new song title, or practicing free-style drawing of a perfect circle, or singing out loud the chorus of Let It Be, etc. It ought to be enjoyable, but also achievable in less than a minute.
Step 2: Obtain and anchor a solid and resourceful state of perseverance. #
Step 3: Perform the activity from step 1 and fire the anchor. #
Repeat this five times.
