Thinking about and considering the 21 presuppositions (reviewed at the beginning of the book) is one thing. Turning one or more into a core belief is a completely different beast.

With this pattern, you can install and make a useful presupposition you like into a habitual thought process.

Step 1: Choose and state the desired presupposition aloud. #

Step 2: As you state the presupposition, look for the ideas that make up the concept at both the primary level and the meta level. #

3.Step into the expressions kinesthetically by physiologically miming the expressions with your body.

Step 4: Label or categorize the feelings, emotions, and narrative that you experience during this process. #

What does it feel like to fully immerse yourself in the concept?

Step 5: Think about how these emotions will affect your outlook and behavior in the near future. #

Step 6: Future Pace. #

Make this new attitude a mental movie, a kind of a reminder to play in your mind when you’re acting in your workplace, relationships, or home.

Step 7: Ecology check. #

Step 8: Amplify the feelings. #

Use the Chaining Anchors pattern.
