Step 9: Move forward on your timeline to the future, around age 65, and complete the sentence, “I define my identity as. #

Step 10: Move backwards on your timeline, still in the future, 5 years from today, and complete the sentence: “I have worn masks and played many different roles. #

Step 11: Move forward in your timeline to the future, a day before you pass away, and complete the sentence, “I wish I had learned earlier to. #
