We can use synesthesia in order to alter the perception of a limiting belief into a learning experience.

As a reminder, synesthesia is the process of intentional representational systems overlapping, as manifested by phenomena such as sight-feeling pathways, in which a person develops sensations about what they see, and sound-feeling pathways, in which a person develops sensations about what they hear. Any two sensory modalities can be connected in this way.

Step 1: Select a limiting belief to work with. #

Determine what occurs internally in each of the representational systems (VAK) throughout the belief framework.

Step 3: Separate the VAK synesthesia by assigning the proper EAC (eye accessing cues) position to each of the sensory representations. #

Step 4: Visualize the desired outcome by looking up and right (to visual construction). #

Don’t get confused here, as many practitioners get this wrong-the instructions are for the subject, not the practitioner. When the instructions ask you to look up and right, it means the person’s right side (if he sits in front of you, then he looks up right and you see his eyes go up left).

Step 5: Confirm the communication (positive intention) of the emotion (single) and the words (only digital) in relation to the desired aim in comparison to past memories. #

Step 6: Consider the images of the memories associated with the belief and create a more realistic perspective on the overall issue by combining good and negative memories in the appropriate chronological sequence on your time line. #

Step 7: Observe how formerly bad recollections can now generate beneficial feedback that can bring you directly to your desired goal. #

You may even wish to change or augment the desired outcome in light of what you learn from the recollections. Ensure that you can visualize the steps necessary to connect the memories to the positive aim.

Step 8: Determine a favorable, illustrative reference experience. #

That is, something you are certain you can accomplish in the future.

Step 9: Continue by establishing an anchor for the experience. #

Step 10: Make the targeted goal’s VAK sub-modality attributes identical to those of the positive reference experience. #

To aid in this process, fire the anchor for positive reference while focusing on the desired goal.
