Identify the 10 values that are most important to you and rank them on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the least important and 10 being the most important. Provide specific examples of how you can live each value in your daily life or through your actions in the third column.

Remember, there is no correct or incorrect answer. Your values are personal to you and may shift over time. This exercise is designed to help you gain clarity on what is most important to you.
