Select a limiting belief to challenge and replace it with a more empowering belief. Write down the specific limiting belief that you currently hold in the first row. List any evidence or experiences that support this belief in the second row.

The third row should then be used to investigate and identify evidence or alternative perspectives that challenge or contradict the limiting belief.

This can include counterexamples, opposing viewpoints, or personal experiences that indicate the belief may not be entirely accurate or beneficial. Finally, in the fourth row, develop a new empowering belief to replace the limiting belief.

Create a positive, supportive statement that reflects your values and goals. Remember to approach this exercise with openness and curiosity. Be willing to consider alternative viewpoints and challenge your beliefs with kindness and compassion.
