In NLP, the timeline is a mental representation of our temporal experience that allows us to investigate the past, present, and future. It gives you a structure for organizing your memories, experiences, and expectations.

The timeline can be represented as a horizontal line, with the past on one end, the present in the middle, and the future on the other. It can also be represented vertically, with the past at the bottom, the present in the middle, and the future at the top.

The timeline can be used to gain insights, make changes, and create a compelling vision for personal growth and transformation.
