Instructions #

The goal of this group activity is to investigate and raise awareness about various sorting styles and their implications. Participants can observe and reflect on their own and others’ sorting preferences by participating in the exercise and assuming different roles.

This activity is designed to help them better understand how sorting styles influence decision-making, problem-solving, and interactions with others.

It encourages self-reflection and allows participants to identify the advantages and disadvantages of their preferred sorting style. Finally, the exercise fosters a greater appreciation for different points of view and improves interpersonal dynamics within the group setting.

Note: As the trainer, you can provide additional prompts or tailor the questions based on the group’s dynamics and the depth of exploration desired. Remember to allocate sufficient time for each role in each round, allowing for meaningful discussions and insights to emerge.
