The Reflective Frame is a powerful model that offers a simple yet effective approach to facilitating group discussions. This frame employs important rapport-building techniques like matching, mirroring, pacing, and leading.

The Reflective Frame allows the facilitator to guide participants in recapping the information shared using their own words and tonalities, enhancing rapport and engagement.

The Reflective Frame emphasizes mirroring, which fosters a constructive and harmonious dialogue, as opposed to traditional summary statements, which may distort the participants’ expressions.

This frame is especially useful when introducing new members to the group, as it ensures agreement and understanding while also allowing the facilitator to reflect and strategize the next steps.
