Spend some time reflecting on your life and identifying old patterns, problems, and concerns that have been recurring for a long time. Each one should be written in a separate row. As you explore these aspects of your life, be honest and open with yourself.
Remember that the goal of this exercise is to increase awareness and clarity about patterns that have become stagnant and tiresome.
By recognizing them, you can begin the process of identifying and addressing newer challenges, which may result in a renewed sense of growth and fulfillment.
