Instructions #

When sadness is acknowledged and accepted, it can lead to a profound healing process and a sense of inner peace and tranquility. We may try to avoid or suppress our feelings of sadness because we are afraid they will overwhelm us or make us vulnerable.

By accepting sadness as a natural and valid emotion, we make room for genuine healing and growth. Recognizing sadness entails allowing ourselves to fully experience and validate our emotions.

Instead of pushing sadness away or dismissing it as something negative, we acknowledge its presence and value its importance in our lives. This act of acknowledgment allows us to be true to ourselves and embrace the full range of human emotions.
